Mankato, Minn. – Minnesota State University, Mankato's Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is inviting the public to recognize ' Orange Shirt Day: Remembering Children Lost to Boarding Schools ,' which promotes the national 'Every Child Matters' movement, by participating in a photo opportunity Friday, Sept. 29 at 12:30 p.m. near the fountain on the campus mall area outside Centennial Student Union. Those interested in being in the photo are asked to wear an orange shirt to the photo session.
