Schmitz Lecture 2023

Mankato, Minn. – Minnesota State University, Mankato's College of Business will host a 'fireside chat' with Christine Lantinen, owner and president of Maud Borup , a wholesale gourmet candy manufacturing company, Thursday, March 16 during a 3:30-5 p.m. event in Ostrander Auditorium, located in Centennial Student Union. The annual event, part of the Richard Schmitz Food Entrepreneurship Series , is free and open to the public. Registration is required. Click here to register .
