Minnesota State University, Mankato Department of Music & Entertainment Industries News Release MANKATO, Minn. - Minnesota State University, Mankato's concert wind ensemble will perform Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the Elias J. Halling Recital Hall of the Earley Center for Performing Arts, 320 Maywood Ave. Amy Roisum Foley is the director of the concert wind ensemble. The group is an auditioned ensemble comprised of 45-50 undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a diverse range of majors.
